Regi was exceptional in his service. I myself am a sales man and he was above and above in his approach on selling me and I am sure I would have looked elsewhere buying a shirt if it wasn’t for him. I loved dealing with him and you’re lucky to have him. Please let him know how amazing he was. Also I loved the shirt I bought- shame you’re not operating in Iceland.

Stopped into Suit Supply in Plano while on a business trip. Jaidyn was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in and quickly helped me find the jacket I was looking for. They didn’t have my size in store, so he ordered it online and arranged for it to be shipped to a nearby location for pickup. Great service and an easy experience.

My first time shopping at Suitsupply, in Plano, and it was seamless. The store is very high end and has an outstanding selection. Working with Jaidyn was effortless. He got me what I needed without trying to upsell me on anything. I was able to find a gorgeous suit, have it custom fit, and ready to go within 48 hours. I'll definitely be shopping there again. This place, I highly recommend.

I walked in Suit Supply about a year ago to look at suit for my upcoming wedding this coming November. Karim was the first one who greeted me and explained how the process go. I was very pleased with how attentive he was even though I was not buying one right away. I came back the store a couple months ago and looked for Karim. I knew generally what style I wanted but with Karim's input and professional suggestion, he has helped to perfect the look. He is very knowledgeable and know his styles. He is definitely one of the best guy there!

I was hesitant at first to trust a mass market/tech forward company with something as classic as suiting, but I’m totally convinced now that their operating model flat out WORKS. Easiest suit buying experience I’ve ever had and I don’t think I’ll go back to other methods. Online experience was great and the transition to an in-store appointment was extremely smooth. At the store, Mauricio knew his stuff. His service was excellent and his recommendations helped make my custom suit truly my own. Tracking progress via email each step of the way was also a plus. Once in, the jacket fit like a glove and pants just needed slight adjustments which they take care of right there. Fantastic value for the fabrics and attention to detail you get from SuitSupply. Would recommend everyone to try it.
